Do I need to print QR codes myself?

Yes — Almenu generates print-ready QR codes for each table and a general venue code, which you download as SVG and print or stick on your tables. There's no special hardware to buy.

Can my menu be in both Arabic and English?

Absolutely — that's the point. Every item keeps Arabic and English fields, the menu is right-to-left by default, and AI can translate between the two so you maintain one menu.

Which payment methods can diners use?

When you enable online payments through Moyasar, diners can pay with mada, Apple Pay, and major cards on a secure hosted page. You can also simply take cash — payments are optional.

Do diners need to download an app?

No. Diners just scan the QR code and the menu opens in their phone's browser. Nothing to install — for them or for you.

What hardware do I need for the kitchen display?

Any device with a browser — a tablet, an old phone, or a screen with a mini-PC. The kitchen display (KDS) is a web page you open with a secure link; no dedicated terminal required.

Who owns my menu and order data?

You do. Your menu content and order data belong to your restaurant. You can export it, and if you leave, we delete it on request in line with our privacy policy.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Free has no commitment at all. Paid plans are billed for the term you choose (monthly or annually); you can choose not to renew at the end of the term.
